Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan. Your data stays intact.
What happens to my extra pets if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Extra pets become read-only until you upgrade again or archive them.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record — cards and local payment methods, taxes included in the receipt.
